In these uncertain times, we all have to stay calm but be smart, take the precautions to stay healthy, and stay home if you are able. Meanwhile I will not fly anywhere or business trip until this passes. Just a week ago I planned to stay in the sparsely populated countryside homeworking, painting or gardening, horseback-riding and doggies-walking after visiting the graves of my maternal-grandparents in the woods. My corporeity and sense of responsibility make it unnecessary to cause trouble to anyone within my personal power.
With the security of production and life itself, in terms of ourselves, we are not only responsible for our own lives, for our family, for our environment but also for the whole society. My message to workers was clear: Lost profits can always be rebuilt, the lives and health cannot. So all the businesses I own will be temporarily closed for two weeks, with necessary losses to ensure the health and safety of our employees, while the medical institutions and medical research technologies I have sponsored the investments in will continue to provide as much help as possible to those in need. We will get through this together as a global community.
The moment we prayed together-“The Lord will protect you from all sickness, and you will not experience any of the terrible diseases that you knew.”(Deuteronomy 7:15)
