To everyone reading this, I hope you all are safe, in the best of health and making the most of this quarantine.
A lot of us have started working out lately amid the lock-downs, and it's very motivating to watch all of your train.
Well, this post is for people who are still struggling to start. If you are someone who is trying to get into fitness but is having trouble doing so, listen up.
So here's the deal. The first part is that without thinking, just set aside a period of 15 minutes from your daily life and dedicate this time to taking care of your body. No diets, No online programs, no supplements, we'll come to that later. 15 minutes, 900 seconds, that's all.
Part 2, what will you be doing in these 15 minutes? For ideas, take a walk, do push-ups, skip a rope, sit-ups, what about a sport you like? anything to get your body moving.
The idea is to make space for fitness in our daily routine, slowly and gradually. What this will do is bring a sense of accountability that we are responsible for our own body and our body needs attention. As soon as you start spending these 900 seconds with yourself, you'll start identifying the areas where you can improve, and training will soon become a habit. .
15 minutes. Everyday. For 3 weeks.
Once the habit has been instilled, feel free to increase the duration, modify regimes and hey, welcome to fitness.
