This is one of my favorite warmup exercises that I do before almost every workout. It's particularly good if you have a desk job or drive for a living. This warms up your SI joints, hips, hamstrings, and calves.
1.Find a band and make sure it doesn't offer too much resistence, wrap it around the back of your neck and down to your feet.
2. Bend at the waist making sure that most of your upper body is in front of your hips, unlike a Romanian deadlift.
3. Keep a slight bend in your knees as to not strain your hamstrings too much.
4. Descend slowly, come to a firm stop, then ascend slightly faster as your legs warm up, and finish with your hips in a locked position like a deadlift.
