Recette du jour: Harira marocaine traditionnelle 🇲🇦🌙 harira moroccanfood delicious foodiefoodloverbatboutmoroccanfoodshare foodies instaphoto ramadan instafood  instagood instafood foodphotography tunisietasty delicious followme foodstagram instafood foodstagram moroccocuisinemarocainealgerie  Ingrédients: 3 càs d'huile 1/2 oignon émincé finement 150g de viande de boeuf coupé en petit dés 150g de pois chiche trempés la veille et nettoyer 100g de lentilles 4 tomates 1 bouquet de persil 2 branches de céleri 2 càs de concentré de tomate 1 poignée  de vermicelles 1 càc de beurre rance (smen) 1 càc de gingembre, curcuma sel,poivre 3 càs de farine 1.5 L d'eau Préparation: 1) Dans une cocotte, verser l'huile, oignon,viande , et laisser cuire 4 minutes jusqu'à ce que la viande soit colorée. 2) Ajouter les pois chiche, lentilles 3) Dans un mixeur mixer les tomates, persil, céleri avec 2 verre d'eau 4) Ajouter les tomates persil et céleri mixer 5) Ajouter l'eau, environ 1L et laisser cuire pendant 45 minutes (ou plus, vérifier si les pois chiche sont cuites ) 6) Ajouter le concentré de tomate diluer dans un peu d'eau 7) Ajouter le vermicelles, smen, laisser cuire 5 minutes 8) Diluer la farine dans l'eau et mélanger bien pour éviter la formation des grumeaux 9) Ajouter progressivement  la préparation eau et farine tout en remuant pour que la farine ne colle pas dans le fond de la cocotte 10) Continuer à remuer la harira sur feu moyen, lorsque vous trouvez que la harira a la bonne consistance, vous pouvez arrêter la cuisson (10 minutes) Bon dégustation , et ramadan moubarak Inchallah 😊😊❤

Biricik annem magnolia tarifimi denemiş 😍 iftardan sonra çok hafif oluyor eğer hiç denemediyseniz mutlaka deneyin 😊 Çok fazla magnolia tarifi mevcut ben de birkaç tarif denedim. Ama dışarda yediğimize en yakın reçete bence bu 😊 Bebe bisküvisi yerine oreo (şekerli gelirse negro) da kullanabilirsiniz 😊 12 adet kup için (daha az olsun isterseniz ölçüleri yarıya düşürün) 1 litre süt 6 yemek kaşığı tepeleme olmayacak şekilde un 2 yumurta sarısı 8-9 kaşık toz şeker 2 paket vanilya 200 gr labne 100 ml sıvı krema 1 kutu dr oetker vanilyalı pasta kreması (1 buçuk bardak sığuk süt ile çırpılacak) 1 paket bebe bisküvisi Çilek, muz Muhallebi için süt, yumurta sarıları, şeker, un bir tencerede karıştırılır. Orta ateşte kaynayıp koyulaşana kadar pişirilir. Biraz ılınınca vanilya, sıvı krema ve pasta kreması eklenerek mikserle çırpılır. Bisküviler elde kırılır yada rondoda çekilir. Ben Rondo kullanıyorum. Kışlarım tabanına muhallebi, ortasına bir kaşık bisküvi konur. Bisküvinin üzerine çilek ve muz dilimlenir. Tekrar muhallebi ile üzeri kapatılır. Bir kaşık daha bisküvi ile üzeri kaplanır. Tüm kuplar bu şekilde tamamlanır. For tenderizing oats: Ingredients: Oats: 250 grams Black gram (maash/urad dal): 100 grams Procedure: 1. Soak black gram or maash/urad dal for about 2 hours. 2. After 2 hours of soaking black gram, add 1.5 litres of water to a cooking saucepan in which you want to make haleem. Close the lid. 3. When the water comes to boil, add oats. 4. Add soaked and drained black gram (you can grind black gram roughly and then add to the oats). Mix well. Close the lid and stir frequently to prevent burning. 5. When the oats and black gram get tender, switch off the flame and keep aside. For mutton gravy: Ingredients: Boneless mutton pieces: 500 grams Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons Onion: 1 small (30 grams in weight) Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder: 2 teaspoons Salt: 1 teaspoon Curd: 125 grams (nearly 3/4th of the standard cup) Mint leaves: 1 ½ tablespoon Chopped coriander: 1 ½ tablespoon Spices (garam masala powder): ½ teaspoon Procedure: 1. To a pressure cooker, add oil. 2. Add sliced onion. When the onions turn light brown, add ginger garlic paste. Stir fry for about 30 seconds. 3. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and add washed and drained boneless mutton pieces. Stir fry for one minute. 4. Add whipped curd, Add mint leaves, chopped coriander and add spices or garam masala powder. 5. Mix well. Close the lid. Cook till the mutton gets very tender. 6. Stir fry the mutton till the oil separates and till the gravy dries up. 7. Switch off the flame and mash the cooked mutton. Blending of oats and mutton: Ingredients: Tenderized oats and black gram mix Cooked and mashed mutton Cooked oil: 3 tablespoons (oil which we use for frying the onions, take out 3 tablespoons from it) Clarified butter (pure ghee): 2 tablespoons Chopped coriander: 2 tablespoons Chopped mint leaves: 2 tablespoons Whole green chillies: 4 Black pepper powder: 2 teaspoons Salt: 2 teaspoons Cubeb berries (sabith kabab chini): 1 teaspoon Spices (garam masala powder): ½ teaspoon Continued⬇
