💥💥 Wednesday Wellness Tip of the Week 💥💥 Today’s Topic: Consequences ➡️ There will always be a consequence to an action whether that be positive or negative.
For example if a person eats a lot of processed foods, drinks excessive alcohol, is a smoker and doesn’t exercise or even one of these things there will be a negative consequence at some stage, sometimes that might be immediate but maybe 10-20 years down the line they will find themselves with some kind of health issue such as coronary heart disease, Type 2 Diabetes or some form of cancer for sure if they carry on this unhealthy lifestyle.
Also if they surround themselves with negative people who always try and bring others down they will end up with a negative consequence of being like them and falling into that type of self talk which won’t lead to a happy life at all. 👍 However if we flip it we will also get a positive consequence happening if you put out good and positive vibes out to the universe. If we are kind to poeple, if we help people, if we enter into some voluntary work, if we exercise regularly and look after our diet in fuelling ourselves with whole nutritious foods, if we constantly up-skill and read or listen to positive audio books 📚 if we mediate and add recovery time into our day, if we keep the 5 closest people to you of similar positive mindset. You see the difference?? 🤔, if we do the type of things listed above that will also cause a consequence to happen but a fantastically good one at that 😊🙌 Happy Wednesday guys and to rent that what you do every day will have a consequence to your future so make that choice a good one 👍
