What I want to see more of is girls enjoying their life. I wish I could tell 14 year old me that comments from other people were worthless and you are so much more than the number on the scale, or the amount of likes on a post. And not to want to lose weight or ‘be hot’ for a man? For a job? For popularity? Things I had been advised in the past was a great reason to get fit. I don’t want to live my life in restriction. I may look different, but my mindset is now a work in progress. This results in making it effective for targeting specific areas of your legs. ➖So, if there are some weak spots in your legs that you would like to eliminate by targeting them specifically, then performing leg presses might the exact thing that may help you.. . . .➡By placing your feet a bit higher than usual, you’ll focus on your upper hamstrings and glutes. Chest day💯 Always include heavy barbell sets with high volume 💪.
