“Remember what you wanted what you currently have...” . . 💪🏽This hit me hard when I first heard it because this year has been one of roughest and toughest for me and during these trials I would always look back at the “better times” and think wow I wish I could go back to that time and appreciate it more than I did. And that applies even DURING the trials of your life, things can always be worse and people are dealing with worse . ... . . 💪🏽I’m not saying to never ever be sad or be down cuz we are only human with millions of emotions coming through every second but just remember and notice at least one HIGHLIGHT point of your life that you are going through RIGHT NOW, regardless if it’s a good or bad moment ✨ sometimes I really have to make myself do this because the Emotions being felt are so strong that u just want to give into them but don’t allow yourself !
