Some of my favorite 🍑 movements for y’all gals out thurr. I try to incorporate many different variations in my routine and work on volume - eccentric training - pyramids - and finish of with some plyo based movements.
IMO - what I have found to be most effective is working all angles of the muscle you’re trying to grow, and putting much emphasis on the weaker parts. For example; if a weak point were my glutes I’d have a heavy first leg day - with moderate low intensity cardio as my POST. I would follow this up the next day with doing 2-3 movements for volume, so perhaps bodyweight lunges, stiff leg deadlift and perhaps bridges with 20 reps each set.
You’ll already be sore the day prior, so tearing even further muscle tissue down from the previous day will cause more breakdown of muscle tissue thus resulting in better growth if amped by proper recovery time and diet.
