Isn't it strange how I always spend money buying raw treats when I can easily make it at home? For example, the other day I made a mini batch these delicious VEGAN PROTEIN CARAMEL PB CUPS! 🍫🥜 The good thing about it it yourself is that you can sneak in protein powder for an extra protein hit, as well as many other pros such as being able to adjust the sweetness, amount of oil and obviously saving money too. Nonetheless, this doesn't mean that I won't buy treats from cafes because I believe that there is a special joy in having a treat that someone else made and not knowing exactly what is inside of it ... if you know what I mean. 😜 Anyways,here is the recipe, you will see that the peanut butter layer contains sesame butter too, purely because I think it adds an extra dimension of flavour instead of it being just super super PB, but if you can replace it with PB or any nut butter that you want! ☺️ Vegan Protein Caramel PB cups (GF, no-bake) Makes: 3 large cups Ingredients: * 200g vegan dark chocolate (separated into 150g & 50g) * 1 scoop vegan salted caramel protein powder (I used whitewolfnutrition) * ½ cup peanut butter * ¼ cup sesame butter spread (I used veganmadedelights ) * 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted * Handful of roasted peanuts for decoration⠀⠀⠀⠀ Method: 1. Line 3 cupcake moulds with cupcake paper 2. Choc base: Melt 150g of the dark chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave and divide it evenly amongst the moulds. Put into the freezer to set whilst you make the next layer 3. PB caramel layer: mix the peanut butter, sesame butter, coconut oil and protein powder until smooth. Divide the caramel evenly between the moulds. Put into the freezer to set for 30 minutes 4. Melt the remaining 50g of dark chocolate and drizzle over the top of the cups. Sprinkle the peanuts over the top before the chocolate sets. Storage: in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for months! ** you can omit the coconut oil if you want it to be oil-free, but the texture of the caramel will be a bit softer Please tag me if you make this! Treat yo’ self queen ✨ . . I’m a firm believer in allowing myself to have foods that feel ‘naughty’ even when my diet or eating plan require me to be strict. There’s no good in restricting yourself hard core and then having a blow out, I’ve been there done that and know that it does me no good. Отставить набухать. В молоко добавить уксус и также отставить. Муку просеять и соединить все сухие ингредиенты, перемешать. Постепенно вливать молоко, хорошо взбивая тесто ⠀ ▶️В конце положить набухшие чиа и тщательно перемешать. Теперь добавить ягоды и также перемешать. I made this delicious healthy meal this week with a simple recipe from the holistic health and nutrition program I've recently joined called The Healthstyle Emporium. I love that they're all easy and free of nasty ingredients & everyone in the family approves! Here is the recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups cashew nuts unsalted 1/3 cup cacao/cocoa powder 1/2 cup pitted medjool dates fresh 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 tsp peppermint extract 1 tbsp melted coconut oil Instructions Process the cashews in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Add the cacao/cocoa powder and process until well combined. Then, add the dates, desiccated coconut, peppermint extract and coconut oil and process until a sticky dough is formed. Add a splash of water if needed to allow the dough to form. Spoon mixture into a lined loaf baking tin and press down to make it an even base. Precut into 14 even pieces. Place into the freezer for at least 1 hour to firm up. One piece is one serve. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months. Woke up craving chocolate, so I decided to make raw chocolate muffins. I used the raw brownie recipe from ohsheglows app. But since I didn’t want to deal with the cutting, I just press the raw ‘batter’ into muffin liners. Добавьте розовую соль и продолжайте готовить еще несколько минут ⠀ ▶️Добавьте лавровые листья, карри, воду и доведите до кипения. Уменьшите огонь до среднего, накройте крышкой и продолжайте готовить еще 20 минут. Достаньте лавровые листья, взбейте суп погружным блендером до однородности. Посолите, поперчите. 🤩 CREAMY CARAMEL CHEESECAKE BARS 🌟 Man these are WAY TOO GOOOOOD (I’ve eaten 5 slices in less than 2 days, go figure...) RECIPE BELOW ⚡️ BASE - 100g oats - 50g tropeaka salted caramel protein powder - 100g dates (soaked in 1/2 cup of boiling water for a few mins) - Vanilla extract - Topped off (before the next layer) with a sprinkle of e8naturalfoods Berry Fusion Granola (can sub for buckinis) FILLING - 150g cashews - 1/2 can coconut cream - 50g dates - 30g amazoniaco vanilla lucama protein powder - Vanilla extract - A few tbsp of almond milk or water if necessary (add if too thick) CHOCOLATE LAYER - 1 bar of loving_earth chocolate 1. Blend all base ingredients except granola, then spread onto tray and sprinkle with the granola & put in freezer to set 2. Blend all filling ingredients - NOTE: for the coconut cream I used a tin of light coconut cream, put it in the fridge the night before and DO NOT SHAKE BEFORE OPENING! Then open the can and scoop the creamy part off the top, leaving the watery bit in the can 🥥 - Spread over base & back into the freezer 3. Melt your chocolate of choice and drizzle over the top & freeze again then you’re ready to cut & EAT! 👅 - Best kept in the freezer (they honestly taste like caramel ice cream bars 😍) ENJOY! Xxxx
