I'm sorry for having too many flabs over my body.
I'm sorry for the arms that looks like of a wrestler.
I'm sorry for the thickest thighs that look like of elephant's.
I'm sorry for the breasts that sag so low.
I'm sorry for a belly which resembles a truck tyre.
I'm sorry for the skin filled with wrinkles.
I'm sorry for being so ugly that you'd get embarrassed.
I'm sorry for not being good on bed because I'm too heavy.
I'm sorry for getting tired fast because I'm fat.
I'm sorry for all the junk and unhealthy food I eat.
I'm sorry for having no grace in my body.
I'm sorry for not being perfect.
I promise I'll hide myself to the world,
So that you don't get to speak about me to them,
I promise to silently listen to you,
When you body shame me.
But I'll just have one question to ask,
Will you forgive me for not having a perfect body like you want?
A woman goes through thousands of banters and awkwardness when she's body shamed. This is also what I and many other women go through. Her self-esteem, self-confidence and self-respect is lost and she never feels like being alive. And so, she becomes a dead soul in a living body, or she turns herself into ashes.
Do you want to be blamed when she's suffering?
Do you want to be blamed for her slow death?
Choice is yours!
