Breakfast à deux! Although the one on the left has cacao powder on top which is for my hubby, the one on the right is completely histamine free! It's full of kale and fruits and whole grains! Check out the ingredients below:
🔶 A bunch of Kale, 4-5 large leaves
🔶 1 Apple, 1 Nectarin
🔶 1 Green Banana, not ripe
🔶 1 table spoon of grinded flax and chia seeds
🔶 Red grapes
🔶 Macadamian nuts and 1 brazilian nut for the daily selenium intake
🔶 Any whole grains you want, use 1 cup (Oat flakes, Amaranth, Puffed rice, Corn flakes, Millet, Dinkel flakes, etc.)
🔶 1/2 cup of any vegan milk, I used oat milk with calcium for the daily calcium intake
🔶 And turmeric for the daily intake! 1 tea spoon is a must every day!
You don't need to eat any other greens or fruits for the day if you just use my recipe. I do everything according to the best nutrition programme given by Dr. Mc Gregor on nutritionfacts.org and you won't find a simple pasta dish on my page. It's all healthy, plant-based, anti-inflammatory and full of nutritional benefits! Enjoy your Sunday!
