The Mind - Part 2 of 9
The clock ticks and one thought becomes two. Then two thoughts become thinking, planning, worrying and soon we are lost in our minds. We separate from reality and react to our self-generated thoughts, emotions and feelings. We create our own suffering.
As you develop your awareness, you will catch the first thought and let it go. Another thought will replace it but you will not cling to any thoughts. You will sense your thoughts and emotions arise and pass without attachment.
It takes time to cultivate this awareness. It takes time to let go.
