The Daily salad yesterday was a dilly/devilish one🥗👺Spring mix, farmers market hard boiled eggs, olives, far.ers market pepper, some justbarechicken a yummy ticklemyclaussenpickle from the refrigerated section and topped with tessemaes. Yum The first jar of refrigerated ticklemyclaussenpickle wasnt sealed all the way when I bought it. Didn't realize until I got home and set the geoceries on the counter and saw everything was wet and smelled like pickle juice. Went back out to my car and there was a big puddle of pickle juice on my floor mat. They dont make pickle scented car fresheners for a reason, he he. This week I’m featuring Amy, a very wise, very courageous, very badass ovariancancer Grad. Amy has SO MANY wise words including this: “ The one thing I would want anyone to understand when they are diagnosed is that your journey is your journey and that is okay. Not everyone has chemo parties surrounded by balloons and friends. I didn’t. It was me and my mom. My fiancé at the time wasn’t even there (though he did stay with me for a couple days after IP chemo when I felt my worst). It is also okay not to feel strong and all “I got this. I am a warrior.” I kicked and cried and freaked out throughout my chemo, but I feel great now. I look back and recognize my strength now. Don’t think your experience has to look like what you see on social media. It’s okay if no one throws you a party, or if you want to just sleep alone. I told him that HE has now motivated ME to keep going in my journey! I told him he put is the one who put in the WORK, even when he didn’t feel like it, so HE deserves the glory! I have ALL THE FEELS. I am honored & humbled. I feel unworthy of this kind of praise. But I also am learning to at least take this kind of feedback and let it remind me WHY I do this. THIS IS WHY. Because I want there to be a ripple effect. I shared my struggles, I shared what inspired me, I even shared my desire to quit sometimes. But I also shared that I was never gonna give up, no matter how tempting it is somedays. And now this incredible person is already helping others in the same way! I was not the first one to say this stuff. I am merely part of a chain of people who were inspired by others. I hope the chain is never broken. I don’t need every story to give me credit. I just want to make an impact that inspires THE NEXT person to then go make an impact. So I wanted to post this story... not to brag, but to encourage YOU to share your story. To show you what can happen when you are honest and open. And when you feel like shit or you feel like waving the white flag, (and we all do sometimes) & you don’t think you can motivate yourself, then go motivate SOMEONE ELSE. Go tell them you believe in them. Go tell them they matter and that they are capable of whatever they set their mind to. Encourage them and tell them they are a bad ass and tell them how much you admire their willingness to push through all the bullshit & setbacks. You will be SHOCKED by the impact you can make, but you will also find just how motivated YOU feel after you help another person. We don’t have to do everything. We CAN’T do everything. But we can do something. DO NOT GIVE UP. I had no idea I was being a rock for someone in this way. In fact, some days I wondered if I was helping anyone at all. I often thought “Why am I doing this?” THIS IS WHY.

Companies like Apple & Google. . Who is a hater? “A person that simply cannot be happy for another person’s success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person.” Haters are quitters. Whenever someone hates on you, they're actually saying: “I’m a quitter & I'm hoping you quit too because it'll make sense of why I quit.”Haters are spectators who rarely have success in their own lives because they are too busy spectating others. . Why do haters hate? Hate is “self-hate turned outward“. The goal of haters is rarely to help you, but to hold you back. Hate is a sign of weakness & fear. Haters hate on you because you’re doing what they cannot, will not or are too afraid to attempt. They’re reminded of their lack of willingness to take enough action in order to succeed & are jealous. The more attention you receive, the more they’re reminded of their weaknesses. . I’m NOT saying you should ignore all criticism! Of course there's always valid criticism which is different from hate. I value criticism from coaches & from people who've already achieved what I want to achieve & use it as an opportunity to improve! I DON'T value criticism from spectators & people who have given up on their own life & only want to pull me down in order to make themselves feel better. If you're ROCKING your life, be prepared that haters WILL come your way! . How do you handle haters? Never get emotional or attack haters. Stay rational, disregard the criticism & move on. Take negative responses as an indicator that you're on the right track. Use haters as fuel to get to the next level, as inspiration to strive for even greater success! . When you’re new there will be critics, when you’re good there will be haters, and when you’re excellent they'll turn into admirers. . Remember: They can doubt you, they can fight you - but they NEVER STOP YOU!👊

Il sommo poeta Ezio Greggio diceva : “ce la fa, ce la fa...NON ce la fa!!!” Si vede precisamente nel video che poco prima di saltare, ho un’esitazione, e mi dico : “Sono solo 110cm!” E poi sono iniziati i dubbi : “E se il box di sotto slitta, e cado di schiena?” “E se tiro una tibiata mentre salto?” “E se cado di faccia? Che figura di 💩 !!” E così via e la testa parlava parlava parlava... poi ad un certo punto un’altra voce ha detto : “senti non è che la pianti e mi lasci lavorare?!” Era il corpo che voleva SEMPLICEMENTE saltare. I limiti sono fatti per essere superati, e amen! Se fossi caduto, avrei avuto un filmato di una super mega “EPIC FAIL” di quella volta che al box ho fatto ridere tutti! Rispetto a questi miei 110cm c’è gente che nel mondo li salta con una gamba. A me servono però per arrivare a saltare un giorno 150cm da fermo. Ho imparato che la testa a volte ti condiziona in una maniera tale che non riesci a vedere nient’altro che il problema, e lo vedi come un ostacolo insormontabile davanti a te, e la paura ti paralizza e non ti fa fare nessuna azione, solo che a volte basta solo un salto e provare a vedere cosa succede... ma intanto salta. Per concludere: Sì ho il codino per tenermi i capelli, sì ho sempre 2 orologi, sì peso troppo, però vi voglio bene lo stesso!
