Во первых, я уделил большое количество времени на разминку рук, потому что раньше я пренебрегал этим правилом, по теперь все будет иначе. Во вторых, я не гнался за большими весами. Я работал в памповом режиме с маленький весами. Мой диапазон повторений составлял 12-15. И последнее, я концентировался на каждом повторении. И думаю на этом все. Everyone WANTS results… ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But only a few are willing to change to get them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Change… ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️ Their habits ✔️ Their thought process ✔️ Their goals ✔️ Their level of commitment ✔️ Their level of consistency ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have had the honor of working with a wide range of people and one of the most common reasons why some don’t ever reach the goal they want, is because they are not willing to make the change. Look I get it, I was a product of a single mom who sacrificed so much for my brother and I to eat. I know how hard it can be to shuttle kids all over the place and barely have time for yourself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have also had the honor of working with some of the busiest people I have ever met personally. Two full-time job working, child caring, home improving, business meeting individuals that actually had REAL excuses. Hell I have had even competitors that worked a 6am-6pm, had kids to take to practice for 2 hrs, and still managed to make a full on competition prep work for them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What did they do differently than the ones that don’t succeed? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ They didn’t say what MORE they could put into their life and pack it even further. They looked at what they could take out that would free up space for their goals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Things like: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✔️ Limiting Netflix and using that time to workout. ✔️ Going to the gym while their kids where at soccer practice. ✔️ Focusing on better time management. ✔️Understanding that they matter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You see change is all around us, it is up to us to either welcome the change or push it away and stay complacent. GUYS it’s happening, ya gurl has officially decided to compete September 2019 with ICN! Low block deads, bent rows and current thoughts. Also...the screenshots...definitely trains quads and calves. • • 545x3x3 low block deads. Last set shown. Not too hard, but not feelin in the groove either. But that’s ok. It got done. 315x15 bent rows, third set, fatigue got me sloppy...calves trying to steal the show. Finished with tons more back, biceps and abs. Solid session. • • Currently banging around in my head: • • 1-What you focus on, you create more of. Focus is a magnifying glass. Thoughts become things. It takes equal effort to focus on amazing things that you want in your life as it does the shitty things that make you play small. Which do you think better serves you? Focus relentlessly only on that which you want. • • 2-Time comes to those who make it, not those who try to find it. 24 hours. That’s it. If you’ve got time to complain, watch Netflix, scroll social media multiple times per day...you’ve got all the time you need to do the things you daydream about. The biggest mistake is to think that the future is a guarantee, and that the hours that are passing by are a renewable resource. Take advantage of what you’ve got TODAY.
