ok what should I say about eating today? It sucks eating good food, no one likes eating veggies, you really think I want to eat such a small amount? Not to mention, where the hell is the gravey on my chicken? Let's go grab a pizza, some wings, drink some beer, or get wasted, water taste like !t! Yup these are all things people who are new to fitness and health will say at times, sometimes it has nothing to do with the food, sometimes they are just freaking out because of the changes that are happening in their lives, sometimes they are scared of what they may look like, some people fear change, some people fear being successful at something, they fear they may look so good, or fear they may not be able to maintain the new look or fear of being judged for trying to be fitter or healthier, fear their friends might think they are losers for trying to change, so guess what they second guess themselves and sometimes deliberately cheat themselves and if they think maybe they are doing great they find something to disrupt the progress so they can stay the same, in this world it's a mental game my friends and alot of psychology, sounds crazy but it ain't, I assure you
