Lunch for me & hubby! Beef, shrimp and veggie, so so sooo many veggies, stir fry. Fried in some avocado oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and tamari. I garnished mine with sriracha 💥💥💥
This is better than any stir fry I've ever had from take out. I dont miss the noodles, like at all. 😍😍 So we have green & yellow zucchini, carrot, white mushrooms, broccoli florets, and spinach.
Aromatics are onion, garlic, a TON of ginger, like literally, a quarter cup (if not more) of ginger.
For protein, shrimp and shabu shabu style thin sliced rib eye beef (less than half a pound).
