Y así quedaron nuestras doradas al horno...jugosas y sabrosas...riquísimas!!!dinnertime Os dejo la receta porque son muy fáciles y sencillas de hacer... Hasta mañana!! 😉 Receta ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Ingredientes: _ 2 doradas frescas _ 1 tomate 🍅 _ 2 patatas frescas _ Coles de Bruselas _ 1 limón 🍋 _ Romero, tomillo y perejil _ Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Cuando hace mucho calor, siempre quieres beber. Pero no tenemos ganas de beber simplemente agua, por eso sugero que prepares una limonada de pepino, que refrescará y animará en un día caluroso. ¡Sabroso y fresco! 🥒🍹Limonada de pepino Ingredientes: 1. Pepino 250 gr 2. Limón 170 gr 3. Jengibre 40 gr 4. Hierba buena 10 gr 5. Agua 1 litro Pasos: ✅1. Corta un pepino en trozos y ponlos en un turmix. Exprime allí el zumo de medio limón. Tritura a una consistencia homogénea. ✅2. Cuela la mezcla con un colador. ✅3. Pela el jengibre t cortalo en los círculos de 2-3 mm. Corta el resto de pepinos y limón. Pon el jengibre, el pepino, el limón y las hojas de hierba buena en una jarra con agua. Vierte el zumo de pepino. Ever wanted to have a Chocolate cake without any of the guilt? This recipe gives you more than just the taste of a regular cake. It is full of nutritional benefits, free from refined sugars and gluten, it is light and still very indulgent. To sum up, it is good for you in all ways. Incredible, right? . . . . . Ingredients: For the base: 250g almond flour (use food processor or high speed blender to make this from whole almonds) 3 tbsp coconut flour 6 tbsp cacao powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt . 130g pitted cherries 3-4 tbsp honey 80ml full fat coconut milk 70g coconut oil, melted 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp vanilla bean paste . 2 eggs room temperature . For the glazing: 7tbsp coconut milk 1-2 tbsp cacao powder 1-2 tbsp honey . . Preparation method: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients for the base. Separately, blend the cherries with honey, coconut milk, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and vanilla until smooth. Add the blended mixture to your dry ingredients, stir to get an even texture. Whisk the two eggs until fluffy in a separate bowl. Gently stir into the rest of the ingredients using a spatula. Pour the whole mixture into lined and lightly greased springform, preferably round one with 8 inches diameter. Bake for 20-25 mins until a cocktail stick comes out clean when testing. Carefully take out from the spring form and leave cake to cool. In the mean time prepare the glaze by blending coconut milk, honey and cacao powder. Los fines de semana es cuando más me gusta cocinar. No hay horarios, y todo tiene otro ritmo. Hoy mientras buscaba que cocinar entre mis libros me encontre una receta del libro de Jamie Oliver que me ayudo a cocinar con lo que tenia en casa. En la base el plato ketchup raw - picante, es super simple y te salva mas de un plato. El pan, una tostada de pan de masa madre que estoy perfeccionando de a poco. Kimchiee riquisimo que hace poco aprendí a hacer. Por sobre todo esto una versión de la tortilla sedosa que tomé del libro de Jamie Oliver.
