I get a lot of people ask me about vitamins and what ones I consider important. I can't give recommendations because I'm not qualified to diagnose deficiencies so I steer away from giving advice. But the ONE thing that I would probably recommend is a good Vitamin D supplement simply due to the lack of sun we get. Your hormones, bone health and skin are all affected with low levels of Vit D! Today’s a rest day but I just wanted to show a lil deadlift transformation. I’ve definitely gotten A LOT of hate on my deadlift form. The truth is, deadlifts have always been the lift I’ve struggled with the most and I have made INSANE progress. Being a fkn long legged human doesn’t help and my hips went thru world war 3 doing CrossFit sooooo it’s taken forever to find a form that doesn’t suck &&& make me wanna die.
