Your basic floor sit up wont have maximum tension at the top of the rep since nothing is pulling you backwards. When you use a cable set up like this, full tension from the weight is on the stretch AND full contraction 🙌 - Floor cable sit ups- Slow negatives, pauses on the contractions! Stretching back but just to the mid point of the rep, then contracting up! - Form tip 👉 Holding a close V grip attachment firm to the back of my head! Hooking my feet under the opposing cable, or simply having a partner stand on your feet would do the trick! - Mind muscle connection tip 👉 Keeping my back rounded/crunched forward so my abs are engaged the entire time. If you tend to have a straight torso as you pivot down and up as you do a rep, your abs will not be contracting unless you actually crunch your torso down! - Give this exercise a shot! Just out of curiosity... who here is plant based, vegan or veg and who is meat eater? Who’s somewhere in between? And Why do you chose to eat this way? No judgements either way! I just find it super interesting:-D I think it’s important to be super open minded when it comes to food and different ways of eating. At madstrengthtraining we have about 50/50 veg and non veg clients. Everyone has different needs and responds differently which is why we don’t have one way of going about nutrition. One thing I have found that vegans and meat eater have in common though is that everyone seems to LOVE pranaon 😍😍

Having your diet really protein rich not only will help you lose more weight but will help you stay feeling full. - LOTS OF WATER💦 If you’re hungry & pretty maxed out on calories, in a lot of cases you’re just Dehydrated . Keep your belly bull of water & keep you feeling full - LOTS OF VEGGIES 🍅 Veggies are a great filler. They’re super low calorie & more importantly full of fiber. Fiber will help you in a million other ways but also it will help you feel full & satiated - STARCHY CARBS🍠 Having carbs can definitely fill you up. Especially carbs like sweet potatoes, oats, & rice will help you feel very full & satisfied - FATS 🌱 This doesn’t necessarily go for everyone but a lot of people I work with like having a good amount of fat in their diet specially because it helps them stay full & not craving food all day. - FRUIT 🍏 For the same reasons with veggies, fruit can also be really high in fiber keeping you feeling full. Extremely excited about what lies ahead in the next couple of months. I’m not going to lie it’s been a really tough couple days for myself, but I know THIS TOO SHALL PASS. _ I know that this path I’m going to walk was set out for me to learn, overcome difficult times and seize the opportunities that come my way & trust me even though I’ve had many sleepless nights over the past couple of days I know it will all work out.
