Hi 👋, I did a little chest & back workout early this morning before starting the day, well, didn’t really feel it 🤷🏻‍♀️. . There were a lot of push-ups and pull-ups, but I simply couldn’t do a single pull-up so had to modify almost all of them by using a chair 🤦🏻‍♀️. . It’s kind of frustrating knowing how much I still cannot do but at the same time it motivates me to work just a little bit more on it - I’m thinking 2 back sesh a week 😱. . I’ve always wanted a nice firm back just thought it would go really well with a classic little black dress 😂, and honestly I have no idea why I never thought of working on it until very recently 🤷🏻‍♀️. . Oh well it’s never too late 🙈🙈.

I GET THESE TWO QUESTIONS A LOT ⬇️⬇️ Are home workouts effective ? Depend on your goals, they can help u loose weight and sculpt your body without looking too muscular, but heavy weights works best for building bigger muscles faster, on myself I prefer how my glutes/back/shoulder look now more than when I used to do bodybuilding training splits. ▫️▫️▫️ Did you change the shape of your body all at home ? No gym ? I used to go the gym but I stopped due to health reasons, I lost all my gains and strength and I built myself again at home recently, it's been 8 months I think that I workout with bodyweight and light weights ▫️▫️▫️ Will you ever train in a gym or lift heavy again ?
