Lately, it seems as if life has just been kind of flowing. Opportunities have been steadily presenting themselves, and things just seem to be working. Sometimes you need to just go with the flow and trust your instincts, even if that means doing things you wouldn’t normally do - like booking an impromptu trip to California to attend the perform_better Functional Training Summit that I leave for today✈️ Looking forward to what’s in store for both the near and distant future ⚡️
I’ve always heard to have nice Shoulders you have to press a lot and heavy, I’m not saying that isn’t true but it doesn’t work for me. I still don’t have “nice” shoulders but they are progressing so I’ll stick with very minimal pressing and a lot of multi-directional lateral raises 💪🏻💪🏻 RawRawGymMerica 🇨🇱🇺🇸
Hi 👋, I did a little chest & back workout early this morning before starting the day, well, didn’t really feel it 🤷🏻♀️. .
There were a lot of push-ups and pull-ups, but I simply couldn’t do a single pull-up so had to modify almost all of them by using a chair 🤦🏻♀️. .
It’s kind of frustrating knowing how much I still cannot do but at the same time it motivates me to work just a little bit more on it - I’m thinking 2 back sesh a week 😱. .
I’ve always wanted a nice firm back just thought it would go really well with a classic little black dress 😂, and honestly I have no idea why I never thought of working on it until very recently 🤷🏻♀️. .
Oh well it’s never too late 🙈🙈.
Stuck deciding whether i want to cut or go on another strength block 🤷🏼♂️ I love strength training but really want to see how lean i can get as its been well over a year since my last cut!
