The ability to be aware of your biggest weakness is key in developing a great physique. My current weakness our my legs and if I want to compete in Classic Physique this coming November I need to grow these things. It’s quite a challenge being so tall. 🔹Shoulder workout🔹 Dumbbell lateral raises •Keep arms at a 90 degree angle •Use weight you have full control over with your shoulders (you dont want to raise it with your arms). •Bring elbows up and out until they are aligned with your shoulders. - Second video is a different variation of the first. Bigger ROM and it hits some of the front delts, too. •Arms extended out more •Bring the dumbbell down to your waist then bring it back up before the muscle has time to relax. Building yourself takes time and energy and patience. If I told you this is what Progress I thought I would make in 6 months would you believe me? I wouldn’t and every day, i still struggle just like everyone one else for those physically achievements. I used to get so mad because i didn’t see progress and now, i cherish it eve little bit make, not just physical but mentally too! You are not strong on the outside by your looks, even if you didn’t Make any physically gains you made strength gains! How determined are you to crush you goals? Mine this year was to build a solid upper body, I have a pretty strong lower half already, but I wanted to achieve what I knew I had to get to out of my comfort zone. How are you reaching your goals? Until now, I didn’t think my body was changing too much from the middle picture to the right picture but damn was I wrong! Those two pictures are exactly a 2 week difference. I’m down 2lbs and feel so amazing to finally be leaning out a bit! I am beyond proud of myself for the hard work I have and continue to put into my body! Some days I don’t think I’ve maybe any progress and get down on myself a bit. This comparison has shown me how much my hard work and dedication is paying off and I’m so freaking pumped to see more progression!
