What a difference 8 weeks makes!!!! 💪Seriously, I am so proud of this transformation you guys!
So when I started the duncanlukas 8 week program in April, I honestly didn't expect to get results. Not because he didn't seem legit because he definitely is, but mostly because I have tried online training before and it never really worked for me.
He not only gave me a great, however challenging, nutrition plan, but the thing I loved the most was that I learned SO many new exercises to do with all different machines at the gym! I knew my way around the equipment for sure, but he taught me so much more and every training session was something new! I legit never repeated a workout circuit in full. For me, that makes such a huge difference because it makes it more fun!
It was hard work, a lot of dedication, and I definitely sweat...a LOT! But it was so worth it and I am so proud of the results.
In both photos, I am not flexing my stomach at all. My stomach is perfectely relaxed and in a natural state. That's what is so amazing to me. I wasn't looking to lose pounds, which I didn't. But I wanted to lose fat and gain muscle, which I absolutely did!
My journey is never ending, because fitness has become such a huge part of my life, but these last 8 weeks definitely helped reach yet another goal, and for that I am so so proud! .
