We Sindhis call it Paaboraa! lotusseeds pod Lotus develops straight seed pods and each pod contains approximately 20 seeds that reach maturity within 40 days. Lotus seeds are nut like round to oval shaped seeds present in row within the dark green colored lotus seed head. They are green colored when fresh and turn cream to yellow color when dried. The shell becomes harder as much that it can be removed as a coating. The dried form is better available in markets comparatively. The seeds are extensively used in East Asian cuisine and as a medicine in China. The White peel seeds are harvested when the seed head is green and immature; but the seeds inside have ripened. Here the bitter tasting germ is removed using a hollow needle at the time of harvesting, though it may sometimes remain intact. The Fresh Lotus seeds are green colored and sold intact with the rubbery dark green circular lotus seed coat. FRITTATAS . They’re simple. They’re delicious. They help get rid of stuff in your fridge. Other than scrambled eggs (which people screw up all the time), this could be the simplest brekkie/brunch item in your repertoire. . Ingredients: * 8 eggs, beaten * 1/4 cup of cheese * 1/2 Tsp salt * 1/2 stick butter * 1/2 cup chopped ham * 1/4 cup cooked sausage * 4 cloves minced garlic * 1 oz chopped red onion * 3 sliced white mushrooms * basil and spinach * 1/4 cup sun-dried Roma tomatoes * 2 Tbl asparagus tips . Mix the eggs, salt and cheese together in a bowl. . In a 10” cast iron skillet, sauté the rest of the ingredients in the butter. . Gently add the egg mix to the sautéed veggies in the pan. . Cook the frittata on a stovetop for 3-5 minutes to let firm up slightly. . Remove from stovetop and bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Sprinkle more cheese on it and finish with a low broil for 2 minutes to cook the cheese. . Slice, serve and enjoy! Do tego ulubione lody😍 Zróbcie sami!poniżej przepis 🍴 - - 6 porcji 6 średniej wielkości jabłek 160g kaszy gryczanej 180ml mleka 2 łyżki miodu 2 łyżki soku z cytryny szczypta soli - - Odcinamy nożem górną część jabłka i wydrążamy środek, kropimy lekko cytryną żeby nie ściemniały. Do garnka wsypujemy kasze i zalewamy mlekiem, gotujemy do czasu kiedy kasza będzie miękka, ale nie rozgotowana. Dodajemy resztę składników, mieszamy i przekładamy farsz do naszych jabłek. Wykładamy je na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia. Pieczemy w 180 stopniach przez 25-30 minut. Zjeść z ulubionymi lodami! Smacznego!

به این نوع ماهی میگن ماهی-ماهی پوست نسبتا نرمی داره توی آبهای شیرین پیدا میشه،‌حتی دلفین هم صداش میکنن، و وزن یه ماهی بالغ حدود ۲۰‌تا ۲۵ کیلوگرم میتونه باشه... اون گل ها هم که میبینین گل های کدو هستن و خوردنی ان... روی غذا رو با زیتون پرورده ی خورد شده تزئین کردیم و زیر ماهی ترشی پیاز و ریحان و فلفل دلمه ای هست روش طبخ : بهترین روش برای پخت این ماهی سو‌ وید( sous vide ) میباشد که توی یک پلاستیک بسته با مرینیت مورد نظر ( یه برش لیمو و مقداری نمک فلفل و مقداری گیاه سیج به عنوان مثال ) بسته شده باشه و با حرارت و گردش آب پخت بشه مرینید همخون : فلفل سفید -‌لیمو - کره - آویشن - cheftalks chef cheflife
