Яйца Бенедикт с беконом. Классическое блюдо на завтрак, которое представляет собой две половинки булочки, яйца-пашот, ветчины, бекона или другой мясной нарезки и голландского соуса. Ингредиенты Яйца – 4 шт Булочка для гамбургера – 2 шт Бекон (ветчина) – 4 слайса Винный уксус – 2 ст.л. Вода, соль, перец Для голландского соуса (по желанию) Сливочное масло – 50 г Яичные желтки – 2 шт Лимонный сок – 50 мл. Инструкция В кастрюле вскипятить воду, добавить соль и винный уксус. Важно, чтобы вода еле кипела, то есть пузырилась, но не бурлила. Венчиком образовать водяную воронку, и аккуратно ввести в середину, предварительно разбитое в мисочку яйцо. Аккуратно венчиком останавливать вращение воды, чтобы яйцо не растеклось. Варить в чуть кипящей воде 2 минуты. Достать готовое яйцо-пашот. Промокнуть лишнюю влагу бумажным полотенцем. И так четыре раза — с четырьмя яйцами. Тонкие слайсы бекона или ветчины обжарить(без добавления масла) на раскаленной сковороде, до образования золотистой корочки. Снять с огня, бекон промокнуть бумажным полотенцем от лишнего жира. Голландский соус. Желтки поместить в сотейник, взбить венчиком и постоянно помешивая их, держа на медленном огне ввести растопленное сливочное масло, 50 мл. воды и 50 мл лимонного сока. Когда желтки начнут густеть, не переставая перемешивать их, снимаем сотейник с водяной бани, добавляем соль и перец по вкусу. Тщательно перемешиваем, отставляем в сторону. Булочки для гамбургеров разрезаем на 2 части каждую. И подрумяниваем на сковороде (без добавления масла) с обеих сторон каждую из половинок. Сборка: на половинку булочки кладется бекон, затем яйцо-пашот, затем голландский соус. REVIEW (but not really as it doesn't need one): whiterabbitmoscow Sadly didnt get to try the tasting menu due to my schedule constraints, buttt, absolutely no complaints with the a la carte menu. Thank you so much to my wonderful guests for the evening for making my stay at Moscow so incredible - dmarkaryan. Really cool that it was also announced to be ranked 15 in the world in this year's theworlds50best rankings! We opted to share starters to get a variety of things! Highlights were the rabbit liver parfait and the brioche tarts with foie gras and pickled herring! This main was absolutely ubelievable I can still remember exactly what it tasted like 🤤 calf tongue cooked in chokecherry dough (bark from a tree, the fillet was removed and prepared tableside!) mashed potatoes and a morel mushroom sauce 🥔🍄🐄👅 s/o to the waiter who recommended it to me! We had a range of dessert which are sadly not pictured but LILAC ICECREAM Guys 🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️🙅‍♂️ Drinks were fantastic also, really enjoyed their original creations such as 'the Twinkle': whisky infused with dried apricots, plum liquor, aperol, vermouth and sparkling wine. Fantastic view on the 16th floor and honestly a great price for what it was! 9/10.

Карпаччо из говядины со сливочной Бурратой, соусом Песто, рукколой, помидорами Черри, и пармезаном! 🍷🥂❤️ Карпаччо — традиционная холодная закуска Италии, которую чаще всего готовят из сырого мяса или рыбы. Для мясного карпаччо берём свежую говяжью вырезку, обматываем пищевой плёнкой, убираем в морозильник и оставляем на ночь, дав полностью замёрзнуть. Достаём мясо нарезаем тончайшими полупрозрачными ломтиками, приправляем лимонным соком, оливковым маслом, горчицей и бальзамическим уксусом, приправляем перцем и солью , дополняем хрустящей рукколой и лепестками тертого «Пармезана». Кулинары всего мира экспериментируют с соусами, делая их более пикантными с помощью соли и перца или, наоборот, сладковатыми с использованием меда, или чаще приправляются только оливковым маслом и бальзамическим уксусом. В данном именно случае мы его приправили соусом Песто и подали со сливочной Бурратой.
