How is everyone doing?
I hope you are all well and safe.
I’ve had a few ladies DM me lately struggling with snacking, overeating, unsure what their macros should be with less activity and structuring their meals in self isolation.

Firstly- I can relate, these last 2 weeks have been shit, for lack of a better term.
The fitness industry basically shut down, I saw my friends lose their jobs, their businesses and many turn to Centrelink for the first time in their lives.
It has been a bit of an emotional roller coaster.
Macro counting was the last thing on my mind.
I found myself bored during the days, without gym, my clients or work.
Snacking is often my go to to curing boredom
Or looking for that hit of energy.
My eating was all over the place too. With no structure.
This week I set myself up a plan!
With reduced calories due to my reduced activity.
Meal timings to offer some structure.
Opting for more whole foods and of course the occasional Easter egg.
