Aka the days where I get lightheaded and want to throw up because I’m dying! 😃😫
1. Hip thrusts 3x12
2. Squat with a pulse 3x12
3. Lunges 3x10 these killed me!!
4. Squat jumps 3x10
5. Inclined lunge with a kickback 3x10 (also died on this one 😃)
6. I’ve been finishing my leg days with a burnout on my inner thighs and it feels sooo bomb. I did 5-6 rounds of 10-12 reps. Depends on what you’re feeling!!
