It took being away from lifting for a few months for me to remember how much I really need it in my life. It’s the only thing I’ve ever found to help stop my anxiety attacks and give me a positive view towards my future. Today is the start of a whole new beginning. I’m coming back with more knowledge and motivation than I’ve ever had. Currently 142 lbs which is small but workable. Top goals for the moment are gain weight and increase my flexibility. Motivation is the seed of change, it is the catalyst that triggers action. Discipline and determination are the water and sunlight that allow that seed to grow and thrive. When motivation is long gone (as is the case for me right now), discipline is what keeps you going and determination is what drives you. It’s ok to find yourself not feeling motivated. It is not, however, ok to use that as an excuse to give up. Keep pushing forward. I promise that you won’t regret it.

motivationmonday Put in work today on my hamstrings and calves 💪🏼 this phase is crazy because I have a couple exercises that repeat back to back in my supersets. For example, today I went from laying hammy curls into seated for my superset. One set focusing on contraction, second focusing on slow eccentric(negative movement). It 👏🏼 is 👏🏼 insane 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼you haven’t felt the burn until you’ve done that!
