Un petit trail dimanche?🤔 Oui! 🤗le trail de l'estran 🏖dans les Côtes d'Armor. 50km de bord de mer🏝, de beaux paysages🏞, de cailloux✴, de pieds trempés💧...et de tempête🌬🌪! Certaines courses🏃‍♀️ ont été annulées par chez nous, pour cause de gros vent🌬. Mais pas celle-là;😲 pour le moment!😁 Heureusement je ne serais pas seule 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️dans la galère, je le fais en duo avec Monsieur mon mari🏃‍♂️ (21km pour lui et 29 pour moi) et un collègue🏃‍♂️ du club nous accompagne! Ca va être bien😎!!!🤔?😢😓😦😭 En attendant c'était fractionné long⏱ contre le vent!🌬 30' d'échauffement sur l'elliptique🚴‍♀️ suivie de 3×3km allure 4'25⏱ au kilomètre. ⚘Mardi Coquelicots 🌷 Ça faisait longtemps!!!! 😀Ça fait du bien de retrouver les copains! 🤗 En plus ce soir ils m'ont été d'une grande aide...😘 J'avais mon fractionné court à faire😥 :16×200m en 3'45 au km et 1' de repos entre chaque. 😢 Ils ont fait🏃‍♂️ leur🏃‍♀️ parcours 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️normalement 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️et j'ai fait mon fractionné 😑 en restant autour d'eux. Mais pour les 6 derniers j'avais plus trop de jus😵. J'ai annoncé au groupe qu'il m'en restait 6 🖐☝️et j'ai eu la bonne suprise🎉 que quelques-uns m'accompagnent😊.
