End of the crossing Bogota, Cali / Nov 9
32 km from Palmira to Cali
I slept very well last night, I felt that I rest, I don't know if it's because I felt at home or what, but I slept deeply. My Aunt last night filled me with love 🤗, she screamed at me from her room ... I love you !!! I want to tell you that my aunt is a very brave woman, and to admire! On the days of giving birth to her second daughter, she suffered a postpartum enclance, the tension was increased to the extent that the left hemisphere was affected, causing bleeding, so she was surgically intervened, leaving physical damage in The entire right side of the body was left with mental aphasias and memory loss.
He had to live with physical and language therapies for several years, returning to school to re-study everything from mathematics and Spanish since he did not recognize numbers, letters, or colors.
Because of mental aphasia linguistically, it is impossible to describe a specific situation or ask for something by its own name, many years have passed since then, and she never gave up, has always been in a positive attitude, could barely defend herself, sought to be useful in whatever it was just to not be a burden to anyone! I admire her too much, she is a warrior who always inspires me when I see her 🥰. My mother was happy with the news that I was close, she asked me not to arrive so early to give her time to make a delicious tail steak that she had promised me 🤗. I want to thank @diegomonsalve2112 and @pintorasirius who during the trip were very aware of us making a call every so often to see how we were, what a beautiful detail ❤️. @diegomonsalve2112 wanted to do the last kilometers with us so we met on the route and shared that last stretch together!
And how you see, we are not the only protagonists of this adventure, every day they intervene and intervene in the lives of many, and each person has a story 😉 ... WELCOME TO CALI! ... says the huge entrance sign.
In total we ride 415 kms
The complete tour was 550kms.
