⚡РАЗМИНКА⚡ . В любом виде спорта перед тем, как начать, надо размять, разогреть мышцы. Это, я думаю, вы и без меня знаете 🙂. . 👉 Но я бы хотел обратить внимание на важность данной процедуры, так как по себе знаю, что многие относятся к разминке так себе, мол ничего особенного, ничего она не дает, только устанешь еще больше. Знакомо такое?) . НО! Разминка позволяет: . ➕предотвратить травмы, и это доказано; ➕Разминка перед тренировкой повышает эффективность тренинга; ➕Вызывает выброс адреналина, который в последующем помогает тренироваться интенсивнее; ➕Увеличивает частоту пульса и расширяет капилляры, в связи с чем улучшается кровообращение мышц, а значит и доставка кислорода с питательными веществами; ➕Повышает эластичность мышц и связок; ➕Разминка повышает скорость проведения и передачи нервного импульса. . 👉🔥К разминке относятся и разминочные сеты - подходы которые выполняются с 50% весом от рабочего. Разминочные сеты должны выполняться перед каждым упражнением. . 💥Как правило, разминка перед тренировкой включает в себя выполнении легких аэробных упражнений с постепенным увеличением интенсивности. Эффективность разминки оценивается по пульсу: в течение 10 минут частота пульса должна возрасти примерно до 100 ударов в минуту. Также важными элементами разминки являются упражнения на мобилизацию суставов (в том числе и позвоночника по всей длине), растяжение связок и мышц. . Today’s review is this Magnificent Millionaires Shortbread Macro Munch from bulkpowders_ie ——————————————————————Macros per 62g bar📊 Cals: 232 Carb: 16.7 Fat: 8.7 Protein: 20 Sugars: 2.9 Fibre: 8.7 ——————————————————————— Price: I got this and the other flavour FOC off Bulk Powders. They charge €2.99 per bar which is too expensive IMO. Today’s market price should be €1.75-2.50 at the very max. Macros: good macro split. You get your standard 20g protein. Low carbs and pretty low fat. Low sugars as well if you focus on that. Texture / taste: texture is really good. A nice soft bar. The milk chocolate is tasty and is covered by crunchy caramel pieces that remind me of a Daim bar. Soft centre as well. I great a great caramel flavour off this and everything works well together. Overall verdict: really impressed from Bulk Powders here as usually companies like Bulk Powders produce horrible bars (sorry but it’s true). This is the furthest thing from them. When we talk about scale weight we’re talking about your ‘actual weight’ plus all the ‘weight anomalies’. • So, what are these weight anomalies? • Carbohydrate intake: the number of carbs you’re consuming will affect scale weight. Remember, 1 gram of carbohydrate comes along with 3g of water. • Sodium balance: If you’re consuming a certain level of sodium per day and then one day you consume more sodium your body will retain water, and vice versa. • Water retention: Dieting is stressful for the body, because of this, cortisol shoots up, you retain water and scale weight increases. Be patient, it will drop. • • Stress levels: Like I just said, with increased stress comes water retention, so chill the f*** out. See the recent post on my page to find out how joshtaylorpt • • Menstrual Cycle: Ladies, your monthly cycle will make you retain water. I know, it’s s***, but I’ll make a post on how to help. Promise. • Sleep: poor sleep can also increase stress levels = water retention = weight increase on scale. See a trend? • • Timing of last meal: if you generally eat your last meal at 8pm, then one day you eat your last meal at 11pm. This will see the scale increase the next day. • If you’re definitely in a deficit, trust the process and be patient. Remember fat loss is different to weight loss. Use progress pictures, circumference measurements, performance in the gym AND scale weight to monitor your results.

Hi world 🤗 I want to share this with you . So this was my first lash lift after I had my training ,and it was not easy 😬 This lady had very deep eyes , basically I could not fit the silicone on her eyelid . But hey , eventually I did 🤗 it wasn't easy but it was a good experience .
