Para evaluar tu fuerza y poder programar de manera correcta tus entrenamientos comúnmente se utiliza el método que se le conoce como 1 Repetición máxima (1RM), siendo el máximo peso que es posible levantar una sola vez. Reservado típicamente para aquellas personas clasificadas como Intermedio y Avanzado. After a busy weekend, I took a sick day today...achooo 🤧😉 So I decided to pay LA Fitness a visit to see if I could sweat it out which I did on the Stairmaster then had a great workout on their machines. Especially loved one of their twisting ab machine that 24 doesn’t have. I really felt my obliques getting a good workout. I’m gonna be using it everyday for the next 13 days and let’s see if we’ll see a huge difference from today. I realized a lot of fitness trainers or just people that train feel the need to always take the pictures after working out when the muscles are at the peak. Taking regular pictures are perfectly fine! I honestly don't like the pump because its temporary. I like seeing the muscles that I have so I know exactly what I need to consistently work on so I can permanently look like the pump. The aesthetic look is everything to me 🤟🏽
