Well no offense but I literally was laughing when I read this article in one of the leading news paper which says, "Diet and exercise plan to help you lose up to 4 kgs in 1 month"
And then a certified nutritionist/trainer tells everyone to do : Lateral Jump's, Burpee's, Jumping Jack's blah blah blah....
Now this is probably the biggest issue which we come across now a days in our fitness industry.
People are ready to follow things for free which is available to them via internet/magazines/newspapers/word of mouth etc.. without even understanding how it works and even if it can cause issues to your body as well.
First of all these workout/diet/supplementation plans out there in the market are generalized one's, they are not according to your present body condition (internal/external).
For an example I cannot make a person who is overweight/ or has issues with joints like knee/ankle or even people with Blood Pressure problems to follow all these. There are lot many more things which I cannot cover in this post.
But wanted to share it across to all of you so that you just don't follow anything blindly and then face consequences.
Also remember, a certificate doesn't guarantee the level of knowledge. Just FYI I am a Distinction student in Computer Science Engineering but does it guarantees that am a kick-ass coder?
I guess you all can relate to what am saying.
