Low Back Exercise…and what I eat throughout the day. InJOY...The Good Vibrations of the Fruit.
♡ Breakfast and Lunch: Fruit smoothie. In a NutriBullet, add to water, fruit and your favorite Healthy Meal Protein shake/powder.
Immediately after my workout: Fruit Smoothie.
♡ Snack: Fruit…between Breakfast and Lunch and between Lunch and Dinner.
♡ Dinner: Normally I eat fruit for dinner. However a handful of days out of the month I will eat a lightly cooked vegan meal like you see at the end of this video.
In the Vegan Dish, I added in my 'Secret' Low Carb High Protein Vegan Sauce that serves 2 ;)
Here's the Cilantro Sauce Recipe:
In a Nutri Bullet, add in handful of RAW cilantro,
Ginger root (cut the skin off) 1 inch,
Organic-Non GMO Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons,
Himalayan pink salt: 1 teaspoon,
Water (depending on the consistency you want): 1/2 cup,
Pea Protein: 2 to 3 tablespoons (to receive 12 to 24 grams of protein per serving - depending on the make of the protein).
When you want the consistency to be more like a soup, add in a little more water.
When you want it more like a Paste/Dip, add in a little less water…which then makes a great Cilantro dip :).
