They are a low-glycemic vegetable therefore won’t cause an immediate spike in blood sugar. Carrots are an excellent source of beta carotene which converts in the body to vitamin A. Carrots are particularly great for 👀health. 🥕🥕 Ginger is by far my favorite ingredient. The amazing root does wonders for digestive issues and promotes healthy gut activity. Ginger also helps strengthen the immune system which everyone can benefit from!
