💕🌸🔥 TIME RUSHED = TIME WASTED 🔥🌸💕 If only I had stopped trying to rush the process like I always did, I would have achieved what I have years ago.
I wish I never stopped when things got hard.
When work was stressful.
When I was tired.
When I got distracted by things on social media.
I wish that when I started, I wasn’t so embarrassed about the mistakes & stuff ups.
How cool it would have been to see what 2-3x sessions consistently over the years would have looked like, instead of going 6-7 days inconsistently.
How much money, time & energy I could have saved by not taking breaks when I wasn’t feeling motivated.
How much better my physique would be now if I didn’t do all the diets & silly things I’ve done.
How many social outings I would have enjoyed & gone to instead of saying no.
How much I could have progressed in my job if my lack of confidence didnt affect taking action. ——————— Middle of October already and regardless of what happens in my life, the good & bad - I achieved more than I ever have by taking a step back and telling myself the following:
I don’t want to be a quitter anymore because I know where that gets me.
I’ve got two choices, keep persisting & see where it takes me or repeat the same patterns I’ve been doing since becoming a trainer back in 2012.
That’s 7 years.
7 years too long.
You don’t realise the potential you have until you become aware of the things you are doing. When you realise its your habits & the same behaviours you keep returning back to, that are the things you need to work through.
