3.Review current plan/goals (If none, then you just have a clean slate, you’re not behind). 4.Update/adjust current plan for new plan. Are the goals still desirable and realistic? -Schedule (daily or weekly)
6.Checkin with self! (Hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) -Don’t be afraid to adjust or Restart throughout the day. If it’s new to you, don’t expect to be perfect at the beginning. **I dare you. Do this today!! And attempt to execute this for 7 days straight! Make it fun!
