🌟BASICS OF GROWING CHEST MUSCLES🌟
💡 Workouts: Barbell chest press, Dumbbell chest press/incline, upper/lower hand cable chest fly’s, Chest machines, pushups, Arnold flys
💡Why workout chest? It allows you to burn more calories bc it’s a bigger muscle group, it also works your shoulders/arms helps them become stronger, & when you work out chest helps with any other excessive above the head!
💡In this video I am doing the Dumbbell chest press. This is one of my favorite chest exercises bc........
1️⃣Helps balance arms & provides strength for the chest
2️⃣ Increase range of motion, depending on each person when performing this it helps out with barbell bench gives you more strength
3️⃣You don’t need a spotter bc Dumbbell are free so if it’s too heavy you can always drop them & use your legs for support to bring them up/down. With Barbell, if you drop it on yourself you will need someone to help you & is much harder to move!
4️⃣You can pinpoint your weak spots in your lift! Isolating the weight forces you to control the imbalances in the chest & shoulders!🙏🏼
❌This information is for both men & women so PLEASE don’t think you can’t ever do an exercise bc it will make you manly, or you will lose your boobs, or your to weak & it’s only for strong people!! Chest is an amazing workout & believe me... you will be happy when you Train them to be strong💪🏼
