Trying to work on balancing stuff these days.
Before I hurt my upper body, all I did was “upper body” workouts and hardly any cardio. (Which isn’t being balanced at all mind you lol) with my upper body being so sore for so long, it forced me to do more squats, core and more cardio. Which isn’t usually my “go to” at the gym.
Now I’m actually kinda glad that i wasn’t Able to do a lot of upper body workouts cause it’s brought those other muscles to my attention. Now I actually love doing cardio and all that other stuff believe it or not 😂
So In closing, the things we dislike the most, are actually the things our bodies need the most of. 😊🙌🏼 Keep pushing forward... reaching for your goals, and crushing them! 💪🏼 Love you all! ✌🏼
