Strengthening Quads,calves and hamstrings to protect the knee, what you see here. The ankle weights help keep the heel down getting into the Achilles tendon (which you never want injured  😭 ) and the soleus + 2 heads of the gastrocneius(calf muscle) that attaches. This can all translates into the foot (back pain can come from not stretching your feet) and with low impact strengthen your knee to help reduce the likelihood of injury. For this, you see me press down on the back of the weight to give an extra push to stretch out the achellis but also the calf. What is exceptional is the amount of connection you feel in your upper hamstring when you use your foot to press down. The quads are the from part of your body that wrap into the knee, the quads work OT here to stabilize but also a natural reaction is the patella (knee bone) lifts up to engage your thigh muscles. This is all connected and I geek out everytime. Basically doing the work without knowing it! I help TEACH YOU HOW to loosen tissues to relieve foot cramps, leg cramps, back aches and create space between the joints. The shoulder strength will naturally form by just rocking back and forth. I call them "yoga shoulders" and can spot most people who practice yoga because all of our shoulders have a particular look when forming from all the work they do during classes. By gently rocking back and forward we are lubricating the girdle giving you the ability to roll shoulder back and sit up a little taller. Lose the slouch, do the yoga🙌 you can be on hands for this as well, for more advance...forearms for dolphin🐬 flow through 6 rounds, last 2 round your breathe rounds can be at a 5 or 6 count. Another chocolate share, shocking🙄😆 stacked and jacked @happywayau Salted Caramel Protein muffins💪🏻 #happywayau I am on a protein powder right now, Now distribute protein cookies nationwide and a carousel of muffins flavors rotate through this kitchen weekly! Protein usually dries out...everything, adding two eggs helps keep this tender. Just like the red velvets they need time to settle for a few hours to moisten. 5/6 grams of protein per muffin made with almond flour and or gluten free baking flour. I ran out of almond which is my preferred flour here but the gf flour worked just as well! Substitute gf flour for all almond flour if needed🙌🏻 Salted Caramel Protein Muffins: Serves 10-12 depending on how much you fill the cup with. 2 large eggs 2 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoon veg oil 2 tablespoons honey or maple 3 heaping tablespoons pumpkin purée 1 tablespoon milk (any) Dash vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder Dash of salt 1/2 cup gf baking flour 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons almond flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 scoop @happywayau salted caramel protein powder (use HAPPYSTACIE at check out) Chocolate chips ✅Bake around 12 minutes if filling full 12 cups, 13-14 minutes for about 10 full cups🍫

Gluten Free Red Velvet Protein muffins?! No WHEY MATE🤪 @happywayau #happywayau brings a little Australian love to my kitchen with these beauties! This is a version of gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, reduced almond flour to add cocoa powder and 1 scoop of powder with mini chocolate chips (a handful with do, no judging on what that handful looks like👀) AND 15 minutes total for these to ship up🙌 I tried 2 version of this with different proteins, @happywayau by far gave a better texture and taste, no biases here! I am in love with these, I am a tough cookie to find a protein recipe that actually tastes good so I give myself some mad cred here❤❤❤ I say to let these set up completely to allow moisture to settle in to create more tenderness, I had 1 straight from the oven and then 3 more at night and by far much better after cooling for a few hours. • 2 large eggs 🥚 • 2 tablespoon dark brown sugar • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil • Splah vanilla extract • 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 🍯 🍁 • 3 heaping tablespoons pumpkin puree 🎃 • 1 tablespoon milk (any) 🥛 • 1/4 teaspoon red food coloring ❤ • 1 teaspoon baking powder • Dash of salt 🧂 • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫 • 1 cup + 2 tablespoon almond flour • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder 💪 • 1/4-1/2 cup Mini Chocolate chips • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line standard 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners or grease pan (my preferred method). • In a large bowl, whish together eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, liquid sweetener, pumpkin puree, milk, food coloring, baking powder, and salt. • Fold in cocoa powder, almond flour, and half of the chocolate chips. • Distribute among 8 cups. Bake 12-13 minutes. • Remove from oven, leave in pan 1 minute to set. Remove muffins, allow to cool to room temperature. Around 3 hours minimum ✔ Use HAPPYSTACIE at checkout

Mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally I can help you🙌🏻 My classes are made for beginners to pros, yoga or slo flo w/ weights(optional) on Tuesdays (on calendar tomorrow). The ankles weights are there to assist in the stretch, meaning as bendy as I can be the weights’ purpose is to strengthen and create some resistance to build your balance, test your patience and challenge your consciousness. There isn’t anything you are not capable of, it might look different but that doesn’t mean you are less awesome! This muscle in particular is known as the “Tailor’s muscle” because tailor’s ask men to cross their leg in order to measure correctly, this muscle is responsible for the cross leg action along with inverting your thigh and some other things. Reach your leg straight out, firm up your thigh then internally rotate your leg. You found your sartorius muscle! It is a giant muscle that is runs from the top of your hip down to knee, part of the hip group. 🍓BERRY your face in these👉 @christieathome can tell ya how light they are! @dinnerin321 made my brownie version of this last night with my brownie kits, check out how awesome the IG story is👏👏👏💞 📌Using almond flour for a tender crumb, cocoa powder to reduce the cals ((5g of fat in each one of these (without the buttercream🤭)) and honey or maple to add a touch of sweetness. ✅These cupcakes are not very sweet, the buttercream satisfies the sweet tooth. These are perfect to drizzle with a 2 minutes glaze using confectioners sugar + milk/water or a ganache melting heavy cream and chocolate together. I say add chocolate chips 🤪 no surprise... For the cake 🥚4 large eggs 🍯Heaping 1/4 cup honey or maple (1 or 2 tablespoons more won't hurt)🍁 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt Beat eggs, sweetener of choice, and vanilla together. Whisk in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt...and chocolate chips if feeling risk-kay😈 Spray each cup cake liner in a standard 12 cup pan, evenly distribute batter among each cup. Bake 350F, 11 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully remove each cupcake and let cool completely. @sugarfacebakes Brownie Mix Kits is my greatest accomplishment in 2020, sharing them is my greatest accomplishment so far in 2021 🎉 Broke as a joke with no job in March, I invested in an LLC, opened a bank account and launched an Etsy store. The hardest part was just getting the guts to invest when it was a toss up to eat or pay bills, yet I paid for shipping boxes and a heat seal press 😂 The whole name behind SugarFaceBakes came from the idea of Brownies. Specifically brownie mixes that I could share with you without the hassle of storing your own ingredients. I give you everything you need here except your 3 wet ingredients. Exclusively on Etsy and figure I will sell out come mid to late January. I couldn’t be more proud of the tough journey it took to get here. a down diggity dog kind of day🤸‍♀️ your thoughts and beliefs are your most powerful factors in your daily efforts What isn't shown, the paralyzing shock wave through my spinal cord. Exhausted my mattress from the amount of bed rest thanks to my angry sciatic nerve and slipped disc😭 With the strength of the core and surrounding muscles, I can manipulate my body to still move without compromising my back (even after all the Christmas cookies, I still have 2 abdominal left that work🙈) Ankle weights are my favorite resistant strength training tool and have been my chosen partner for YEARS. I mean, into the early teen years. I still have the ones with heavy sand and lime green on the trim! ☝The slow movement teaches patience. When we start to rush through the movements our bodies aren't alloted enough time to work, therefore we use the joints and often our backs. Fire hydrant is the hip busting, strengthening move to help side glute build muscle & increase the protection of your back. Leg lift with stacked hips opens hip flexor responsible for lengthening quads and also opening low back. Think of a harness, it wraps around both groins and connects to low back...more than likely your back is tight/injured because you lack flexibility in your front legs.....unless you have a spinal injury like me or legit pulled your back. I know the feeling😭 More muscles you can work at once, the stronger your whole body will be. THIS 2021, in addition to my cookbook, I will be offering a program that uses light ankle weights, yoga, and uncomfortable stretching moves to make this next year your absolute strongest mentally, physically, spiritually,  and emotionally. I have had the pleasure of training professional and College athletes, dancers, kids, elderly, etc, no experience is needed.
