For this weekends ab challenge...we are going to find balance and boost our emotional health! So my challenge is this..focus on your mind, body and spirit. . SPIRIT- yoga, meditation, listen to a spiritual talk. My church is broadcasting the 190th annual general conference this weekend. I’m looking forward to watching it and feeling peace and comfort!! . BODY- I want you to pick your two favorite ab workouts from the last 2 weeks. Do 3 sets from each one (pick what level you are at)...this is what I’m doing today⬇️. . 3 sets of the single leg lift-30/leg 3 sets of single leg sit-up with extra crunch-1.5 mins/leg . MIND-read a book you’ve been wanting to read! I’m going to finish reading: Girl, Wash your Face by rachelhollis .     Done day 1 forgot about only doing 3 sets and did 4 and day 5 bad choice my legs were already sore. Listening/watching conference and reading my book.

    ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Love this!! Self Care is Mind, Body and Soul!! I do restorative Yoga nightly.. And under the moon 🌙 and Stars in the back yard is my favorite!! Full moon 🌕 is coming !! I’m a cookbook reader 🤣😂!! For my soul I spend time with God. Picked: 3 sets of plank single leg pull ins✅ 3 sets of single leg crunch/hold✅

    I did single leg lifts and bicycles, I did a yoga workout too! I really like podcasts. One of my favorites is 3 in 30! @3in30podcast

    Single leg lifts and bicycles then yoga stretches with deep breathing on my mat followed by golf with my family- pushing my clubs while walking 9 holes (933 calories burned 💪🏼) and a day of terrible shots mostly in the rough made for a hilly walk! 😂 Trying to finish the book I have on “Girls and Sex” which is a scary study into current teen trends.

    Bicycle crunches and power sit-ups. I loved Power of Vulnerability by Brené Brown. I also run to help my mental health in between my therapy sessions. ❤️

    I did 3 sets of 🔥 plank with alternating legs and 3 sets of 🔥 single leg lifts {day 4}. Started reading the Atoning One- and played outside with Jax for an hour between conference sessions.❤️❤️❤️

    First: that book rocks!! I loved it!!! And 2nd, me and @kimber.615 did the plank walkout exercise and the crunch exercises from day 1 :)

    Done! - 3 sets bicycle crunches slow/fast 45 sec each - 4 sets single legs lift 45 sec each - Easter devotional with family - made dinner with my daughter
